Accelerating Digital Transformation. We’re focused on building bridges that yield increased investment, partnership and mentorship spurring an entrepreneurship and innovation revolution.

Our Vision.

Our futures cannot be linear extrapolations of our pasts. The Vision of TBR Lab is to radically transform the digital landscape of the Caribbean and emerging markets. Our mission is to drive the emergence and proliferation of high-growth tech startups, as well as enable enterprise organisations and governments to deploy impactful tech-driven solutions. We are empowering the next generation of technologists and entrepreneurs to catapult their ideas and lead the future.

TBR Lab comprises our Accelerator Programs for Entrepreneurs, Corporate Innovators and Government. In addition, we’ve developed Technology Bootcamps geared toward equipping people and organisations with the technical skills, relationships and tools they need to accelerate growth in the digital economy. Our programs grant participants access to a unique and vibrant community of professionals, advisors, partners and technology talent.

TBR Lab is an evolution of Tech Beach Retreat that has emerged following our success as an unlikely global convening power and ecosystem builder. Tech Beach’s impact has often been described as outsized and unprecedented. TBR Lab is a natural step for us adding a more continuous framework, leveraging our powerful global network.

eGovernance Accelerator

Learn More

Preparing Executives in Government for a new digital future is critical to sustained growth and development. We are offering a unique opportunity to explore, rapidly ideate, validate and experiment with new approaches and technologies to enable better, faster, more inclusive, truly extraordinary Government.

In our Innovation Accelerator internal teams will follow a structured, methodological process in a global expert led “sandboxed” environment. The program will help teams develop a culture of innovation, implementing digital transformation strategies as a tool for practical and beneficial growth including the development of innovative offerings capitalising on the workforce of tomorrow and dynamic collaborations with the private sector including start ups.

TBR Lab Bootcamp

Learn More

Every organisation is on their digital transformation journey. Unfortunately most organisations lack the talent to drive these ambitions; they will only be able to maximise these outcomes through having technically capable teams. TBR Lab Bootcamp is geared to upskill teams with digital thinking, technical skills, and a growth-centred culture that drives business outcomes. Our mission is to upskill over 1,000 persons over the next three years. Partnered with the Inter-American Development Bank and a series of leading experts from the best Technology Companies, we have developed a technology education bootcamp series. They are short courses, 8-12 weeks, that cover a range of high demand topics. Students will learn by working on amazing projects using the tools and workflows they'll encounter in a real work environment.

Courses Include:
Programming & Development, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Cyber Security, Cloud, Computing, UX / UI Design, Product Management, Data Analytics

Date of First Cohort: First Quarter, 2021

Corporate Innovation Accelerator

Learn More

We have designed a short program to support innovation in large corporate entities in collaboration with our partners. In our Innovation Accelerator internal corporate teams will follow a structured, methodological process in a “sandboxed” environment.

The program helps teams develop a culture of innovation, implementing digital transformation strategies as a tool for profitable growth including dynamic collaborations with start ups as well as the development of innovative offerings capitalising on the workforce of tomorrow. Teams are guided through designing and running experiments to (in)validate their riskiest assumptions concerning desirability, viability, and feasibility. This ensures the best chance of success as they develop, launch, and scale, and accelerates speed to market.

NextGen Coding Camp

Learn More

NextGen Coding camp is an education program targeted to Teens, with the goal of exposing them to technology and entrepreneurship. Our programs grant access to experts from the leading Technology companies, such as Google, Facebook and Amazon.

We take an unconventional approach to enable a culture of innovation as we delve into a range of topics - Java Script, CSS, Python, Cyber Security, and Starting Your Business. We design all activities to engage a collaborative problem solving mindset. The goal is to equip students to feel confident and curious about the world around them, adopting a problem solvers mindset and granting them the foundation skills to develop solutions.
